All of our skillets and pans are hand forged from carbon steel plate, feature hand riveted handles and are built to last generations. They come pre-seasoned with coconut oil and are ready to use.

All Items in stock will ship 3-5 business days after ordered. If we are sold out of a particular item, sign up on the waitlist and you will be notified once it is available to order.

We offer our skillets in 10 gauge steel as well as 12 gauge. With the exception of the 7” and the two largest 13” and 14” which is only available in 10 gauge.

10 Gauge (.1345”) is closer to a cast iron skillet then a carbon steel pan in weight and feel. It has excellent heat retention creating an evenly heated cooking surface. It is very versatile and can be used in the oven, on the stove top, BBQ, or open camp fire.

12 Gauge (.1046”) is closer to a traditional carbon steel pan yet still thicker then most store bought pans. It is lighter then our 10 gauge making it easier to handle on the stove top. It also heats quicker and is great for cooking meat and veggies hot and fast.
